a) “EL SUBCONTRATiSTA” podra contra

a) “EL SUBCONTRATiSTA” podra contra tar o subcontratar, y en cualquier caso sera el unico responsable de la ejecucion de la totalidad del SUMINISTRO y del trabajo que conlleven, en cumplimento de las disposiciones de este SUBCONTRATO;
b》Ninguna disposicion contenida en este SUBCONTRATO o en sus anexos, creara obligaciones contractuales ni responsabilidad alguna entre “ROMPEOLAS” y los contratistas y/o subcontratistas de “EL SUBCONTRATISTA”;
c) “EL SUBCONTRA^HSTA” no esta autorizada para asumir compromiso alguno por cuenta de “ROMPEOLAS”, salvo que sea autorizada ex profeso para ello previamente y por escrito;
d) “EL SUBCONTRATISTA” se compromete a obligar a todos sus contratistas y/o subcontratistas y estos deberan convenir simultaneamente estar sometidos a los terminos mencionados en este SUBCONTRATO, cumpliendo con las disposiciones referidas este SUBCONTRATO;
e) “EL SUBCONTRATISTA” hara que todas las estipulaciones contenidas en este SUBCONTRATO y que tengan su fundamento legal, sean incluidas en el contrato firmado con cada uno de Ios contratistas y/o subcontratistas;
f) “EL SUBCO NT RATISTA “ reconoce expresamente en este acto que no exlste relacion juridica o de cualquier otra naturaleza entre “ROMPEOLAS” y cualquiera de los contratistas y/o subcontratistas firmantes -con el primero de los nombrados y que el unico responsable de losderechos y obligaciones frente a “ROMPEOLAS’’queemanen del documento o relacion correspondiente es “EL
SUBCONTRATISTA”en el entendido que esta asume ,en virtud de este SUBCONTRATO, la responsabilidad total del SUMINISTRO contratado de tal manera que “ROMPEOLAS” pueda cumplir -cabalmente con las obligaciones-adquiridas con cualquier otra persona fisica, moral u organismo gubernamental.
g) “EL SUBCONTRATISTA" se compromete a obtener el reconocimiento expreso por parte de todos y cada uno de sus contratistas y/o subcontratistas, prestadores de servicios, proveedores yen general de cualquier persona fisica o moral con quien lleve a cabo cualquier relacion contractual que emane del cumplimiento de este SUBCONTRATO que “EL SUBCONTRATISTA” sera el responsable de las relaciones que de ello deriven. Por otra parte, (,EL SUBCO NT RATISTA” debera cerciorarse que los contratistas y/o subcontratistas, proveedores, prestadores de servicios y cualquier persona con quien lleve a cabo una relacion contractual, no cedan, graven, transfieran o de alguna manera, dispongan de sus obligaciones derivadas de Ios contratos celebrados con “EL SUBCONTRATISTA”.
