Les escribo este correo por dos razones, 1 estamos a punto de terminar y 2 estamos a punto de comenzar.


Por fin y para alegria de todos Harmon Quest esta a punto de llegar a su fin, pero aun nos falta la recta final, hemos dado todo, mucho mas de lo que se les puede pedir para sacar esto adelante y estamos a días de culminar este largo y arduo camino, uno de muchos y sin duda uno de los mas difíciles que enfrentaremos.


Pero acá lo importante no es lo que paso si no lo que esta por pasar, en tan solo un año el estudio se convirtió en uno de los referentes de animación mas importantes de Latinoamérica y contra todos pronostico y el mayo sacrificio nos hemos puesto en ruta para convertirnos en el estudio de animación mas grande de la región, sin duda alguna ya hemos demostrado que somos el el mejor y todo esto es gracias a cada uno de ustedes y del esfuerzo, la dedicación y el amor que le han puesto a cada día.


En los últimos años, a través de momentos duros, locos, alegres y demás he venido aprendiendo muchas cosas pero mas importante aun he venido entendiendo, he podido darme cuenta a nivel personal de las cosas que realmente importan y de el impacto tan grande que puede tener una sola persona, cada uno de ustedes ha tenido un enorme impacto en mi, de todos he aprendido mucho y me han ayudado a crecer, pero lo mas importante es que gracias a ustedes encontré el objetivo mas importante de este camino que he venido recomiendo. Yo me enamore del cine y posteriormente de la animación por que era un espacio donde podia crear mundos y contar historias increíbles, historias que trascendieran he influenciaran, el hecho de poder hacer algo de nada y que eso tenga el poder de crear emociones es único para mi, pero eso dejo de ser lo mas importante hace un tiempo, ustedes, la gente, eso se volvió mi motor y una si no la mas importante razón de por que hago lo que hago. 

Conforme el estudio empezó a crecer empece a darme cuenta lo feliz que me hacia ver felices a los demás, ver como encontraban un espacio donde podían ser donde podían crecer, aprender, y simplemente hacer lo que aman.

Todo esto comenzó con esa simple noción “hacer lo que amas” yo nunca he considerado esto un trabajo la verdad es que a pesar de el difícil momento por el que estamos atravesando me es imposible no disfrutar lo que hago y mas aun cuando veo que ustedes también lo hacen, saber que están haciendo lo que quieren hacer, lo que aman y que el estudio les puede dar esa oportunidad de llegar a donde quieren llegar, no hay mejor día para mi y hacer parte de eso me da todas las energías que puedo necesitar para nunca dejar de luchar por este sueño.


Hemos logrado algo casi imposible, hay días en los que hasta yo me asombro de lo que somos ahora y no se imaginan como se siento cuando pienso de lo que vamos a ser.

No solo estamos haciendo una amación del mas alto nivel, realmente estamos liderando el nacimiento de una industria, estamos haciendo historia y no quiero que esto suene cursi ni reforzado, sobretodo por que ahora puede ser difícil verlo, pero estamos muy cerca de poder cosechar los fritos de todo este esfuerzo en muchos aspectos, el estudio sera mas fuerte y solido que nunca, puedo ver como cada uno mejor día a día, hemos venido enfrentado cada ves proyectos mas exigentes y no dudo por un segundo que estamos a la altura, estamos abriendo el camino para que mas personas puedas seguir sus sueños y que tengan un lugar donde hacerlos realidad, apenas estamos empezando, cuando veamos atrás estos proyectos parecerán pequeñeces al lado de lo que nos esperan, proyectos propios que le darán la vuelta al mundo.


Este es sin duda alguna un momento decisivo para el estudio, todo lo que hago y todo lo que estoy dispuesto a hacer es por el estudio, por ustedes, no hay nada mas importante para mi que asegurar ese futuro para todos, pero no puedo solo, nunca he podido solo, todo lo que yo puedo ser y lo puedo dar es solo gracias a ustedes, y ahora mas que nunca debemos salir adelante, juntos y solo juntos podemos superar este obstáculo y enfrentar todo lo que se viene.


Sepan que dare todo de mi e ira hasta donde sea humanamente posible para que lleguemos hasta al final.

Voy a escribirles mas seguido, no debería esperar por momentos difíciles para hacerlo, pero creo que esos momentos también nos permiten sacar lo mejor de nosotros, solo así podemos atravesarlos.
