1.- INTRODUCCIÓN DE DATOS Y GESTIÓN DE LA RESERVA:

- Podrá realizarse esta gestión en nuestra pagina web www.catedraldesevilla.es/reservas, previa aceptación de las condiciones descritas en este procedimiento.

TURNOS PARA LA VISITA DE LAS CUBIERTAS:

¡¡ATENCIÓN: DURANTE AGOSTO NO SE HARÁN VISITAS!!

De lunes a viernes:
1er turno 10:30 (posibilidad de 2 grupos)
2do turno 12:00 (posibilidad de 2 grupos)
3er turno 17:00 (posibilidad de 2 grupos)
4to turno 18:30 (suspendido en horario de invierno)

Fines de semana:
2do turno 10:30 (posibilidad de 2 grupos)
3er turno 12:00 (posibilidad de 2 grupos)
4to turno 17:00 (posibilidad de 2 grupos)
5to turno 18:30 (suspendido en horario de invierno)

• Las reservas se harán seleccionando el número de visitantes, teniendo en cuenta que para realizar la visita es imprescindible contar con un mínimo de 10 personas. El límite máximo por visita es de 25 personas. Los registros para individuales (menos de 10 personas) se podrán añadir a registros que como mínimo dispongan del número de personas antes mencionadas y no superen el máximo permitido al registrarse.
Queda totalmente prohibido, para poder seleccionar el día de visita, realizar una reserva ficticia de 10 personas para que el sistema permita agregar un número menor de visitantes. En ese caso se anulará, automáticamente, la reserva realizada.

ATENCIÓN: - En caso de no llegar a un mínimo de 10 personas por turno seleccionado la reserva NO PODRÁ GESTIONARSE.
- Todas las visitas se realizarán en Castellano.

• Debido a las características y dificultad del recorrido y por motivos de seguridad, la visita queda limitada a personas mayores de 13 años y que carezcan de enfermedades cardiorrespiratorias, vértigo o cuya movilidad no esté limitada por motivos de edad o salud (mínimo 1 adulto por cada 2 menores de 18 años).
• La visita cultural de las cubiertas tiene un coste de 12€ por persona. Este precio incluye, un técnico de la Catedral que les acompañará durante toda la visita y seguro de accidentes (póliza válida exclusivamente para menores de 70 años). Es requisito indispensable para los mayores de 70 años que deseen realizar la visita a las cubiertas, que de forma previa remitan mediante correo electrónico a la dirección antes indicada o por fax al 954500813, un escrito mediante el cual conocen y aceptan las normas y riesgos que puede suponerles realizar esta visita y la NO inclusión en el seguro de accidentes voluntario.

Normas y Condiciones:
1. En todo momento las personas autorizadas deberán someterse a los horarios, instrucciones escritas o verbales tanto de carácter técnico como de procedimiento, que le sean impartidas por el personal de la Catedral, acomodándose al normal desarrollo de la visita pública al Monumento u otros actos programados, especialmente actos religiosos que se celebraran.

2. El solicitante se compromete a cuidar y vigilar el correcto comportamiento y respeto al Monumento por parte de las personas que intervengan en la visita, haciendo respetar escrupulosamente la integridad de todos los elementos ornamentales y arquitectónicos.

3. El solicitante de la visita cultural se compromete a asumir las siguientes responsabilidades:
- Vigilancia y custodia de los bienes o equipos de su propiedad.
- Abono de las cantidades en concepto de reparación de daños que se puedan producir en los bienes muebles o inmueble de la Catedral, sean de carácter histórico o no, aceptando la valoración que en su caso presente el Cabildo.

4. En el caso de que la persona designada por el Cabildo, observarse en el grupo personas no comprendidas en el tramo de edades aceptadas, con calzado o vestimenta no adecuada o personas no aptas para realizar la visita, se le comunicará al responsable del grupo la suspensión inmediata de la visita.

5. En caso de inclemencia meteorológica, la visita podrá aplazarse a petición de los asistentes.

2.- TRAMITACIÓN
- Una vez dado de alta como usuario en el sistema de reservas de la catedral, se seleccionará una fecha y hora de entre las disponibles.
- Realizada la reserva le enviaremos un correo confirmando los datos de su solicitud de reserva y usted procederá al pago de la reserva ya sea online en la página web o mediante transferencia bancaria.
- En caso de pago mediante transferencia bancaria es necesario que el importe de la reserva sea abonada en el plazo de 48 horas posteriores a la realización de la misma.
- Si el pago no se realiza en el plazo anteriormente indicado se procederá a la cancelación de la reserva.
- Recibido el justificante de ingreso, la reserva se confirmará, salvo que por circunstancias meteorológicas, Actos de Culto o imprevistos, el Cabildo se vea obligado a cancelar la visita y efectuar una devolución del importe abonado o realizar la visita otro día.
